Shri Dadasaheb Gawai Charitable Trust, Amravati (SDGCT), which was established in the year 1991 to cherish the ideals and dream of my father Hon’ble. Dadasaheb Gawai. Today SDGCT houses around 40 technical and non-technical educational institutions imparting quality education to more than eight thousand students. The concept of global village is progressing towards fulfillment of need based education. Information technology has become the necessary tool for education still there is a wider section of our society which is deprived of basic educational facilities.
As a reputed academic trust SDGCT values its intellectual & academic relationships with industrial communities that provide the foundation from which it will continue to look to the widest horizons enriching both itself & the society at large.
Our mission is to build and train our students to be potentially employable and get in to the main stream of the society. We at S.D.G.C.T. recognize the commitment towards the betterment of the society and hence we strongly believe in value based educational system and strive to provide quality education with character building by nurturing the ethos of values like mutual co-operation, respect blending with professional careers.
The SDGCT is a leading name in Central India and to our credit we have students who have been recognized in various fields namely academics, sports, arts and technology. Our students today have launched their careers in reputed organizations like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, State Bank of India, Civil Services, Entrepreneur, CRPF, Indian Army and many more.
I am fully confident that the students & faculties working with S.D.G.C.T. will leave an indelible mark wherever they go. It gives me a deep sense of satisfaction & pride to see the glorious progress & achievement of our students and faculty members.
